Scheduled - Beginning at 12:00 am ET Tuesday, March 18th, we will be performing maintenance to our servers. We expect all servers to be complete by 5:00 pm ET Friday, March 21st.

Impact: During this maintenance period, you may experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime to your QM subscription between the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am ET or GMT. During the brief downtime, data will be captured and processed.

Note: If your team uses the QM platform during the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am ET/GMT, please be advised that you may briefly experience the inability to access the platform during this maintenance period. No action is required, the system will become available when the maintenance for that server is complete (expected 15 minutes).

Resolved - Access to shared resources such as dashboards, interactions projects, and saved cards/segments should now be available.

Investigating - We apologize but at this time, some resources in the QM User Interface are unavailable. We are urgently working on restoring access for these resources and will notify you once they become available.

Impact: Access to certain shared resources are limited, however, data collection, processing and alerts are still functioning as expected.
