Quarterly QM Server Maintenance Jun 16, 2025 00:00 - Jun 19, 2025 17:00 EDT

Beginning at 12:00 am ET Monday, June 16th, we will be performing nightly server maintenance. We expect all servers to be complete by 5:00 pm ET Friday, June 20th.

Impact: During this maintenance period, your QM subscription may experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. ET or GMT. During the brief downtime, data will be captured and processed.

Note: If you or your team uses the QM platform during the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am ET/GMT, please be advised that there may be brief periods (approximately 15 minutes) where the QM platform is not available during this nightly maintenance window. No action on your part is required, the system will become available when the maintenance for that server is complete.

Resolved - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has restored service and is monitoring to ensure stability (https://status.cloud.google.com/). With GCP coming back online QM services are running normally.

Monitoring - Update: Services Have Returned to Normal

At this point our services have returned to normal and all subscriptions should now be functioning as expected. However, Google Cloud is still reporting that the incident is ongoing.

We will continue to monitor progress of this outage on the Google Cloud Status Page: https://status.cloud.google.com/

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Update - Update: Some Services Returning to Normal

We are continuing to monitor progress of this outage on the Google Cloud Status Page: https://status.cloud.google.com/ and restoring our services as soon as practical.

We can now verify that some services are returning to full functionality, and EMEA subscriptions should be fully functional at this time.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Identified - We are currently experiencing a wide spread outage due to issues with our cloud provider Google Cloud. This looks to be a general GCP issue that is not directly tied to Quantum Metric. We will post more information as it becomes available.

Investigating - We apologize but at this time, styling for the QM UI is impacting access. We are urgently working on addressing this behavior and will notify you once it is back online.

Impact: Access to the online QM platform is limited, however, data collection, processing and alerts are still functioning as expected.
