On Thursday, April 9, 2026, our Operations team will be performing a required version upgrade to our CloudSQL databases. To minimize disruption, we will be executing a rolling upgrade of our database instances across each region.
Expected Impact:
UI Availability: Users may experience brief UI downtime or session timeouts for approximately 15-20 minutes while the instance hosting their account is upgraded.
Data Capture: No data loss is expected. Our data capture pipeline will continue to process and store incoming data normally during this window.

European Region: 7:00 PM EDT
US/CA Region: 12:00 AM EDT (2026-04-10)
