Intermittent data capture issue for some QM subcriptions

Resolved

On Friday 12/1, some QM subscriptions experienced intermittent data collection issues from 7:50am ET to 9:30am ET. This incident was due to an issue with our load balancers. We have resolved the issue and are conducting a root cause analysis which can be requested by emailing support@quantummetric.com.

Impact: There was no impact to your website or customers, however, impacted subscriptions will see intermittent gaps in data collection during the incident timeframe. This data is not recoverable.
