Beginning Tuesday, March 12th at 12:00 am ET, we will be performing nightly maintenance to our servers. We expect to complete all servers by Friday, March 15th.
Impact: During this maintenance period, you may experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime to your QM subscription. During the brief downtime, no data will be captured. (NOTE: This could cause some alerts to fire during the maintenance period depending on alert configurations.)
Note: If you use the QM platform during the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am ET/GMT, please be advised that you may briefly experience the inability to access the platform during this maintenance period. No action is required, the system will become available when the maintenance for that server is complete (expected 15 minutes).
