Beginning Thursday, September 21 at 12:00 am EST, we will be performing nightly maintenance to our servers. We expect to complete all servers by Thursday, September 28th.
Impact: During this maintenance period, you may experience approximately 15-30 minutes of downtime to your sub. During the brief downtime, no data will be captured. (NOTE: This could cause some alerts to falsely fire during the maintenance period depending on alert configurations.)
If you have teams that use the QM platform during the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am EST, please let them know they may briefly experience the inability to access the platform. No action is required on their part, the system will become available when the maintenance for that server is complete (expected 15-30 minutes). We will post this message inside your sub as well for increased visibility.
