We implemented a fix to address the backlogs in data ingestion. Most backlogs have fully resolved or are near resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Investigating

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing some delays while processing captured data into the QM platform.

Not all captured data is currently available in the QM platform beginning around 10:55am MST. Some sessions may not be found until all of the data has been processed.

There is no data loss; this is specifically a delay in transferring the data into the QM platform.
